What will I do?

Support customers via inbound phone, chat, and email for sales and service questions
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products
Provide after-sales service support, handling complaints via phone and email

What do I bring?

Fluent Spanish and good English skills (B2) and a EU-Citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
Advanced PC knowledge and a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
Proficiency in MS Office (MacOS and iOS familiarity is a plus)

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
