Job description

Help Danish-speaking customers of one of Europe's largest online fashion platforms while working remote from sunny Greece. As a Customer Service Agent, you support shoppers with their orders, returns and product questions, all from your own home base in Greece.

Your new job as Customer Service Agent

You'll join the customer service team of one of Europe's biggest online fashion retailers, with more than 51 million active users across 25 markets and a range that spans everyday basics to designer pieces. As a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent, you help customers via phone, email and chat with missing parcels, returns, reclamations and price discount requests. After a paid 8-week training and a 4-day nesting period, you start working in shifts (including 1–2 weekend shifts per month) and turn frustrated shoppers into loyal customers with your patience and problem-solving skills. 🛍

Your new life in Greece

Working remote from Greece means waking up to sunshine, finishing your shift with a swim, and turning weekends into adventures. From the buzzing streets of Athens to the laid-back vibes of Thessaloniki, Greek life moves at a pace that actually lets you enjoy it. Wander through the historic Plaka district, sip frappé at a seaside café, or hop on a ferry to explore the Greek islands on your days off.
