Job description

Work remotely in Greece as a Norwegian-speaking Customer Expert for Dyson, one of the world's leading premium technology brands. You support Norwegian customers and build real international experience from the comfort of your own home.

Your job as Customer Expert for Dyson

Known for its innovative vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair dryers and more, Dyson operates in markets across the world and employs over 14,000 people globally. As a Customer Expert, you are the first point of contact for Norwegian customers who have questions about their Dyson products. You handle inbound calls and emails about sales, product use, deliveries and after-sales service, making sure every customer leaves the conversation satisfied. You work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, in shifts between 10:00 and 22:00. The role comes with an 11-day paid training, so you start fully prepared and supported from day one. 🎧

What do I bring?

Fluent Norwegian (C2) and English at B2 level
A strong communicator who is solution-oriented and works well in a team
A completed high school diploma
EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit
An English CV and a copy of your birth certificate
