Job description

As a customer service representative you will help French customers via incoming phone calls. No work experience is required for this position as you will be receiving a full training in the beginning of your employment.

What do you have to do?

French-speaking customer support via e-mail, phone and chat
Handling complaints and finding proactive resolutions

What do we expect of you?

Fluent French and good English skills (C1)
Strong communication skills
A school degree
Willingness to work in shifts

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,100 gross per month.
