Job description

Do you speak Danish? Then this is the position for you! As a customer advisor, you will become a part of the European customer support team of an internationally renowned gaming company. You will support customers with their questions and problems regarding betting, payments, verifications and accounts via live chat, email and telephone. A positive customer experience is your top priority!

What do you have to do?

Dealing with customer queries and complaints via telephone, email and chat
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer queries
Promoting safe and responsible gaming behaviour
Maintaining knowledge of policies, procedures and licences

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Danish and very good English skills (B2)
Experience in customer support is an advantage
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise your tasks
Strong computer literacy
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €2,541 and €2,641 gross per month.
