About the role:

As a Data Analyst, your primary focus is on identifying and addressing data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating data-driven decision-making within Yobbers. You will lead efforts to use data for better decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization. Additionally, you play a crucial role in fostering collaboration among teams within our organization by providing and analyzing relevant data. 🧡

What do you have to do?

Set up and maintain data systems

Conduct in-depth analysis to identify insights, patterns, and trends for data-driven decisions; actively monitor and assess the accuracy and completeness of data sources

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis; address and resolve data-related issues and inconsistencies

Set up and optimise data tracking tools, implementing quality assurance measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability

Align data initiatives with strategic organisational goals; collaborate with various teams or stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis strategies

Utilise advanced analytical techniques and tools to create accessible and understandable data visualisations and reports that support quick decision-making

What do we expect of you?

2 to 4 years experience in data analysis and management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, event-based tracking (e.g., Mixpanel), and Metabase, combined with expertise in data warehousing and data modelling

Proficiency with addressing data-related issues and enhance decision-making through data

Analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving skills

Proactive, responsible, and a strong communicator with a hands-on mentality
