In your exciting new position, you will be the voice that customers turn to for help and support. You will assist Italian customers, whether it's over the phone or through email. It is important that you have an affinity for tech support and possess the ability to be empathetic and helpful. You will receive professional training at the start of employment to prepare you for your international career.

The choice is yours: either take advantage of the company accommodation (with rent deducted directly from your salary) or arrange your own apartment (with a higher salary paid out to you).
