    Can communicate in simple and routine tasks, describe my background and immediate environment, and write short, simple texts.

  • B2 - Upper intermediate

    Can understand the main ideas of complex texts, interact with native speakers with some ease, and write detailed texts on a variety of topics.

  • C1 - Advanced Required for English

    Can understand complex texts, speak fluently and accurately, and write well-structured texts on various subjects.

  • C2 - Proficient

    Can understand, speak, read, and write fluently and precisely, close or similar to a native speaker.

  • Native or bilingual

    Reading and understanding equivalent to a native speaker.

In your new role, you will be the reassuring voice people turn to when they need help and support. After your paid training, you will be assisting Spanish-speaking customers over the phone and via email with their questions and inquiries.

What do you have to do?

Responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding different products
Answering phone inquiries and providing support and direction to customers
Requesting and collecting updated documentation

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Spanish and very good English skills (C1)
2 years of experience in a tech-support operation
Willingness to work in rotating shifts
Ability to handle sensitive information
Good communication skills

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,400 and €1,700 gross per month.
