Are you interested in working in healthcare, helping people, and making a difference? Then this is the right position for you! Your primary mission is to be the reassuring voice that customers turn to for help and support. Your main stage is the world of communication, where you'll assist Italian or Spanish customers, whether it's over the phone or through email. You'll be responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries, offering them the guidance they seek, and skillfully collecting the essential documentation that makes everything run smoothly. It is important that you have an affinity for tech support and possess the ability to be empathetic and helpful.

You will receive professional training at the start of employment to prepare you for your international career. To make your move to Lisbon even smoother, your employer provides you the option to rent company-owned accommodation at a reduced cost. The choice is yours: either take advantage of the company accommodation (with rent deducted directly from your salary) or arrange your own apartment (with a higher salary paid out to you).

What do you have to do?

Responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding different products
Answering phone inquiries and providing support and direction to customers
Requesting, collecting and updating documentation

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Spanish or Italian and good English skills (B2)
Preferably experience in a tech-support operation
Willingness to work in rotating shifts
Ability to handle sensitive information
Good communication skills

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,000 and €1,700 gross per month.
