In this job, you will help customers with pre-sales questions, technical issues, and general comments and complaints via phone, email, and chat. It is important that you have an affinity for technology and experience in this area.

You will receive professional training at the start of employment, preparing you for a new international career.

What do you have to do?

  • Resolve technical customer concerns via phone, email, etc.

  • Ensuring smooth customer service

  • Capture all relevant information from a customer call in the system to ensure a high level of service

  • Independently informing customers about new developments in technology and electronics

What do we expect of you?

  • Fluent Danish and good English skills (B2)

  • A high school diploma

  • Experience in (technical) customer service is of advantage

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Danish

  • Solution-oriented work

  • Ability to work in a team
