Description
Your tasks will be to provide friendly and efficient customer service, investigating and resolving complaints and documenting these processes. Moreover, you will provide escalation support and act as a mentor to new ambassadors.
Your new employer will help you relocate to Lisbon by reimbursing your flight costs (after 6 months) and provide you with accommodation in a shared flat.
