  • A1 - Beginner

    Can understand and use basic phrases, introduce myself, and ask and answer simple questions about personal details.

  • A2 - Elementary

    Can understand standard texts, handle most social interactions, and express opinions on familiar topics both orally and in writing.

  • B1 - Intermediate

    Can communicate in simple and routine tasks, describe my background and immediate environment, and write short, simple texts.

  • B2 - Upper intermediate Required for English

    Can understand the main ideas of complex texts, interact with native speakers with some ease, and write detailed texts on a variety of topics.

  • C1 - Advanced

    Can understand complex texts, speak fluently and accurately, and write well-structured texts on various subjects.

  • C2 - Proficient

    Can understand, speak, read, and write fluently and precisely, close or similar to a native speaker.

  • Native or bilingual

    Reading and understanding equivalent to a native speaker.

Job description

Have you always dreamed of living and working in Lisbon? Then this is your chance! As a customer advisor for an online platform that connects travellers with unique accommodations offered by individuals around the world, an exciting job awaits you.
Your tasks will be to provide friendly and efficient customer service, investigating and resolving complaints and documenting these processes. Moreover, you will provide escalation support and act as a mentor to new ambassadors.
 
Your new employer will help you relocate to Lisbon by reimbursing your flight costs (after 6 months) and provide you with accommodation in a shared flat. This way, you can easily socialize with like minded individuals and explore Lisbon together! Try one of the many restaurants, discover the algarve region or learn surfing!

What do you have to do?

Efficient and professional handling of customer questions by phone, mail or chat
Building, maintaining and improving customer relationships
Escalation support in urgent matters
Process administration and cancellation requests
Investigate complaints and document the processes

What do we expect of you?

Fluent French and good English skills (B2)
You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills
Solution-oriented way of working
The ability to work in a team
Previous experience is a plus
