What do you have to do?
Efficient and professional handling of customer questions by phone, mail or chat
You remain understanding and think about solutions
You are ready to work in an international team
What do we expect of you?
Fluent French and good English skills (B2)
You have graduated from high school and the availability to work full-time (40 hours)
You are interested in marketing and have strong communication skills
European Citizenship, a work permit, Portuguese residency card, or refugee status
Salary information
The salary for this position is €1,300 gross per month.
