    Can understand complex texts, speak fluently and accurately, and write well-structured texts on various subjects.

  • C2 - Proficient

    Can understand, speak, read, and write fluently and precisely, close or similar to a native speaker.

What am I going to do?

Resolving issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction
Provide account, application and technical support

What do I bring?

Fluent French and good English skills (B2) and preferably living in Portugal
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work well in a team
Prior experience in customer service is a plus

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €850 and €1,200 gross per month.
