Your job in customer service
In your new role, you help customers with questions about pre-sales, technical issues and general feedback or complaints. You support customers by phone, email, chat and social media. You explain, for example, which other devices their product is compatible with, or help out when a device won't connect to the Wi-Fi. With your tech affinity and communication skills, you quickly find the right solutions. And don't worry, you start with a full paid training that covers the systems, the products and the kind of questions to expect. By the time you take your first call, you know exactly what to do. ☀
