Job description
As a technical customer advisor, you will create exceptional experiences for Norwegian customers. Working for an iconic Swedish furniture brand, your tasks will be to help customers with pre-sale questions, technical issues, general comments and complaints via phone, email, and chat. Moreover, you will also interact with customers on public channels such as forums, social networks and ecommerce review platforms.
Your new employer will help you relocate to Lisbon by reimbursing your flight costs (after 6 months) and provide you with accommodation in a shared flat.
