Description

As a technical customer advisor, you will create exceptional experiences for Norwegian customers. Working for an iconic Swedish furniture brand, your tasks will be to help customers with pre-sale questions, technical issues, general comments and complaints via phone, email, and chat. Moreover, you will also interact with customers on public channels such as forums, social networks and ecommerce review platforms. 
Your new employer will help you relocate to Lisbon by reimbursing your flight costs (after 6 months) and provide you with accommodation in a shared flat. This way, you can easily socialise with like minded individuals and explore Lisbon together! Try one of the many restaurants, discover the algarve region or learn surfing!

What do you have to do?

  • Efficient and professional handling of customer questions by phone, mail or chat

  • Escalation support in urgent matters

  • Interact with users on public channels such as forums, social networks and E-Commerce review platforms

  • Capture all relevant information from a customer call in the system to ensure a high level of service

What do we expect of you?

  • Fluent Norwegian and good English skills (B2)

  • A high school diploma

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus

  • You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team
