Job description
As a Technical Support Representative in Lisbon, you will be working for a medical device company revolutionising the lives of people with diabetes. You will be the first point of contact for device-users and manage their queries via phone and chat in an efficient and timely manner. Moreover, you provide detailed information about the devices and assist with topics such as invoicing, tracking shipments and placing orders. For this role, one year of experience in tech support is required. Your employer provides you the option to rent company-owned accommodation at a reduced cost for an easy start in sunny Lisbon. The choice is yours: either take advantage of the company accommodation (with rent deducted directly from your salary) or arrange your own apartment (with a higher salary paid out to you).
