What do you have to do?

  • Assisting customers with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via calls, chat and email

  • Responding to inbound customer's requests

  • Documenting relevant case information

  • Escalating customers' issues to higher tiers of support as well as responding correctly

  • Adapting the brand's tone of voice for interactions on both private and public channels

What do we expect of you?

  • Fluent Italian and good English skills (B2)

  • You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills

  • Solution-oriented way of working

  • Ability to work in a team
