    Can understand complex texts, speak fluently and accurately, and write well-structured texts on various subjects.

Your job as a Technical Support Agent 

In your new position, you work for a widely-used internet search tool and technology company that offers various services, including email, online advertising, cloud computing, and software. What do you have to do?

Helping customers with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via calls, chat and email
Responding to inbound customer's requests and documenting relevant case information
Escalating customers' issues to higher tiers of support as well as responding correctly
Adapting the brand's tone of voice for interactions on both private and public channels

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Italian and very good English skills (B2)
You are customer oriented, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented way of working
An EU-Citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,100 and €1,300 gross per month.
