Job description

Are you interested in technology, do you enjoy communicating and do you already have experience in chat? Then get started in Technical Support for a well-known Swedish music streaming platform in Porto. 🎶
Using your excellent communication skills, you will assist French customers with their technical concerns and respond to their requests.

What do you have to do?

Assisting customers with general inquiries and technical support issues via calls, chat and email
Responding to inbound customer's requests
Escalating customers' issues to higher tiers of support as well as responding correctly
Ensuring smooth customer service

What do we expect of you?

Fluent French and good English skills (B2)
At least one year experience in chat
You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
European Citizenship, Portuguese residency card, or refugee status
