What will I do?

Handling customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
Documentation of call details and adherence to agreed response times
Maintenance and enhancement of product and service knowledge

What do I bring?

Fluent in Norwegian or Danish and advanced English skills (C1)
You have min. 1 year of proven experience in IT or IT sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Good IT skills (Windows, MS Office, internet configurations) and a financial buffer to find accommodation

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,400 and €1,650 gross per month.
