  • B1 - Intermediate

    Can understand standard texts, handle most social interactions, and express opinions on familiar topics both orally and in writing.

  • B2 - Upper Intermediate

    Can understand the main ideas of complex texts, interact with native speakers with some ease, and write detailed texts on a variety of topics.

  • C1 - Advanced

    Can understand complex texts, speak fluently and accurately, and write well-structured texts on various subjects.

  • C2 - Proficient

    Can understand, speak, read, and write fluently and precisely, similar to a native speaker.

Description

How do you feel about helping Finnish customers in one of Spain's biggest cities? This is your chance! You can start as CX Specialist for great projects like Disocvery+. You will do this with an international team in the world city of Barcelona! Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for keeping the customer satisfaction of Finnish Customers at a high level. Next to working in Barcelona, you will have a lot to do and explore around the city. You will not be bored while you live and work in Barcelona. Keep on reading if you want to know why you should not miss out on the chance of living and working in Spain!
Barcelona is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. With the perfect combination of culture and beautiful weather, you can enjoy every day to its fullest. You have the choice, enjoy the nice weather in one of the many terraces of restaurants and bars or right at the beach. What do you have to do?

  • Taking care of the Finnish customers via social media and chat

  • Being an online ambassador for the brands you work for

  • Handling problems in the appropriate manner

  • Interacting with customers via social media

What do we expect of you?

  • Fluent Finnish and good English skills (B2)

  • Interest and knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter etc.)

  • Experience in customer service, sales or other communication functions

  • At least a high school diploma

  • Willingness to work 39 hours per week in shifts and every other weekend (Mo-Sun, 14-22h)
