How do you feel about helping Norwegian customers in one of Spain's biggest cities? This is your chance! You can start as CX Specialist for great projects like Disocvery+ and Eurosport. You will do this with an international team in the world city of Barcelona! Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for keeping the customer satisfaction of Norwegian Customers at a high level. Next to working in Barcelona, you will have a lot to do and explore around the city. You will not be bored while you live and work in Barcelona. What do you have to do?

  • Taking care of the Norwegian customers via social media and chat

  • Being an online ambassador for the brands you work for

  • Handling problems in the appropriate manner

  • Interacting with customers via social media

What do we expect of you?

  • Fluent Norwegian and good English skills (B2)

  • Interest and knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter etc.)

  • Experience in customer service, sales or other communication functions

  • At least a high school diploma

  • Willingness to work 39 hours per week in shifts and every other weekend (Mo-Sun, 14-22h)
