When you take the step and start working as a Customer Service Agent in Spain, you will be responsible for providing B2B assistance to Norwegian clients. As part of an international environment, you will be working on a project for the European payment industry leader. You will have to work individually and become part of the nordic customer service team and build an International network. For this project, you will get the chance to live and work in either Barcelona or Valencia! Both Spanish cities have a lot to offer! You can spend your free time at the beach or in the park while enjoying the Spanish weather with your colleagues and friends. You can also try many small restaurants which allow you to taste Spanish tapas, paella or Sangria.

What do you have to do?

  • Norwegian-speaking B2B customer support via e-mail, phone and chat

  • Contributing to customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationship

  • Supporting customers with technical, installation and administrational issues

  • Troubleshooting reported issues

  • Contributing to the business success

What do we expect of you?

  • Fluent Norwegian and excellent English skills (C1)

  • Experience in (technical) customer support is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Eye for detail while finding the best solutions for customers

  • Ability to work independently but also in a team

  • Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
