    Can understand complex texts, speak fluently and accurately, and write well-structured texts on various subjects.

  • C2 - Proficient

    Can understand, speak, read, and write fluently and precisely, close or similar to a native speaker.

  • Native or bilingual

    Reading and understanding equivalent to a native speaker.

Job description

When you take the step and start working as a customer service agent in Spain, you will be responsible for providing assistance to Swedish clients. As part of an international environment, you will be working on a project for the European payment industry leader. You will have to work individually and become part of the nordic customer service team and build an International network. In Valencia you can spend your free time at the beach or in the park while enjoying the Spanish weather with your colleagues and friends. Make sure to also try restaurants which allow you to taste Spanish tapas, paella or Sangria. Also, you should not miss out on the architecture throughout the city!

What do you have to do?

Swedish-speaking customer support via e-mail, phone and chat
Contributing to customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationship
Supporting customers with technical, installation and administrational issues
Troubleshooting reported issues
Contributing to the business success

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills (C1)
Experience in (technical) customer support is an advantage
Excellent communication and listening skills
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
Eye for detail while finding the best solutions for customers
Ability to work independently but also in a team

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,500 and €1,700 gross per month.
