What do you have to do?
Acting as the first contact point for customers
Advising high-profile clients
Driving revenue growth
Maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Collecting feedback and be the voice of the customer
What do we expect of you?
Fluent in Italian and good English skills (C1)
1+ years experience in sales, IT, account management, customer experience management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and Dynamics 365, Salesforce
Share values of commitment, unity, integrity and recognition
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,670 and €2,000 gross per month.
