Job description

Do you want to work in tech, level up your sales skills, and live in sunny Málaga? As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. You build strong relationships and help companies grow with advanced cloud solutions.

What will you do?

You start every day by connecting with new and existing customers, making a strong first impression and building trust from the start. By diving into their needs, you advise them on how cloud solutions like MS Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 can strengthen their business. You work closely with colleagues from different teams, such as Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers, to deliver the best solutions and spot new opportunities. Throughout the process, you keep track of the full customer journey and make sure customer feedback flows back to the team, to improve products and services. This is a role with end-to-end responsibility, where you learn and grow every day and truly make an impact. 💼

What am I going to do?

Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers
Understand customer needs and advise on cloud solutions such as MS Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365
Build relationships, identify and use opportunities with SME customers to drive growth
Take responsibility for the sales process from start to finish
Work together with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers

What do I bring?

You speak fluent Dutch/Flemish and English (C1)
1-2 years of experience in IT, Sales, Account Management, or another relevant field
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the drive to truly help customers
Extra plus: experience with MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Microsoft Fundamentals)

Salary information

The salary for this position is €2,080 gross per month.
