What do you have to do?

Providing prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers
Handling all incoming customer calls in a responsive manner
Administrative tasks to achieve daily activity targets

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Norwegian and good English skills (B2)
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
HS Diploma or equivalent
Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
