As a Norwegian- or Danish-speaking Customer Centre Agent for TUI your responsibility will be to listen and and respond to guests who contact you from around the world on holiday. TUI will provide you with a fully paid training period during which you will learn all you need to know about the different systems, products and, of course, how to best assist the customers on holiday via phone calls, emails and a live chat. With your training, solving complaints, finding solutions for the customers and leaving them with a smile after your call will be easy for you. What do you have to do?
Assist guests on holiday via phone calls, emails and a live chat
Proactively resolve any complaints from the guests
Collaborate with other TUI departments
Opportunity to grow quickly with market leading training
What do we expect of you?
Fluent Norwegian or Danish and good English skills (B2)
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts: 6 working days and 3 days off
