You will be part of a young, ambitious and international team
What do you have to do?
Sourcing and screening candidates through platforms like our own database, LinkedIn and jobboards
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open position
Coordinating candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process in alignment with the leads/hiring managers in order to streamline the in-house process
Correctly handling new starters over to the onboarding team
Efficiently handling the rejection of non-suitable candidates
Ensuring compliance with data protection (GDPR guidelines)
What do we expect of you?
Excellent writing and communication skills in English
1-2 years proven experience in recruitment or in a similar role (preferably start-up environment)
A bachelor’s degree
Experience with recruitment processes, databases and LinkedIn recruiter
Excellent time management ability & communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on mentality
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,800 and €2,200 gross per month.
