What am I going to do?

Assessing customer conversations made by our agents on a weekly basis

Responding to an agent's feedback on assessments

Participating in monthly calibration and quality meetings

Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively control quality processes

In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards

Support with onboarding programs and training sessions
What can I bring?

You have an experience in Customer Service or Quality Assurance
-
You have a Bachelor or University Degree in which Communication was an important component
-
You have experience with content-related tasks, such as quality/content reviewing
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
-
You are native English, it is a plus if you also speak Portuguese
-
You have a European nationality or have a work visa for Spain
