As our Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in our client relations, operational efficiency, and recruitment. You will the connection between our recruitment team and the clients. Your strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills will be the driving force behind our success! The role involves monitoring and achieving customer revenue forecasts, resolving client issues, and generating new business. It requires improving operational efficiency, maintaining partner knowledge, and managing client demands. Regular communication, effective collaboration, and overseeing candidate processes are also key aspects. The goal is to optimise client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction. Monitor customer's revenue forecast, maintain partner satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships within Client Portfolio

Resolve client issues, facilitate evaluations, and enhance processes for improved performance

Generate new business opportunities and optimise client relationships within client portfolio

Improve operational processes for efficiency and maintain comprehensive knowledge of partner(s) and culture

Conduct regular catch-ups with partners, manage client demands, and oversee candidate processes

Centralise recruiter input, communicate updates, and ensure effective collaboration within the team
What do we expect of you?

Demonstrable and relevant sales experience (in job placement is a plus)

A completed Bachelor's degree

You are commercially driven, communicatively strong and creative

You are result-oriented, know how to set priorities and can see the bigger picture

Strong time management and organisational skills, allowing you to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and efficiently handle multiple responsibilities concurrently

You excel in teamwork and collaboration, demonstrating a strong ability to work harmoniously within diverse groups and contribute positively to team dynamics
