A little bit more about the role:
As Head of Marketing, you will be creating strategic plans to establish and
enhance brand presence, allocate resources to different projects, and set both
short-term and long-term goals for the team. You're not just another link in our team; thanks to your experience and expertise, you can provide guidance, vision, inspiration, and direction for the team. You will be able to identify how the marketing team can support the company to reach their goals.

What do you have to do?
Create, communicate, and execute the marketing strategy
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of team members, providing opportunities for skill development
Prepare, manage, and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
Collaborate with potential partners and sponsors to create mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to brand visibility and credibility
Keep a close eye on key performance indicators and other metrics to identify areas of improvement and success
Shape, safeguard, and grow the overall brand of Yobbers
What do we expect of you?
3 to 5 years of experience leading a team of young professionals
2 years of experience working in a start-up/scale-up, fast-paced environment
6 to 9 years of marketing experience and in-depth understanding of performance marketing
Recruitment industry knowledge a plus
Proven ability to build a brand and/or execute a rebrand in the past
Experience in budget management
