Now we are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team.

A little bit more on the role:
As the People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner for our team in the Leeuwarden (NL) and Valencia (ES) you will be responsible for making sure that Yobbers is and remains a great employer. Thanks to your experience and expertise, you make sure the P&C team (1 People Ops + 1 intern) operates effectively and you establish processes that support our employees’ growth and development 

You will be working closely with our leads to ensure they are aware of ongoing P&C related matters, outside and inside Yobbers. You take great joy out of building solid relationships with your stakeholders, and with your excellent communication skills, you are able to build bridges when necessary.

Your foundation is a P&C roadmap that is always up-to-date by knowing where we currently are, where we want to go and what we need to get there. You have the freedom to do your job in your unique way, but we can tell you it's impossible without a proactive mindset 😉

What do you have to do?

  • Re- and co-creating global P&C strategy that is compliant with the local labour laws

  • Promoting and embodying company values, recognising aligned behaviour and providing guidance on workplace policies, conflict resolution, and open communication

  • Design and implement employee training and development programs that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives

  • Advise & develop leads by training them on P&C topics and optimise current P&C processes and implement new initiatives

  • Oversee the employee journey & satisfaction & flags the right topics to take action on

  • Collaborate with Finance for benefits and payroll administration, ensuring compliance

What do we expect of you?

  • 4+ years experience in People & Culture, HR consulting, HR business partner or a similar role

  • Experience in start-up/scale-up (fast-paced environment) is highly valued, as Yobbers moves quickly to keep up with the job market

  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • A strategic, international mindset and the ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences

  • Experience with employment law in the Netherlands and international experience is a plus
