Description

In your new job, you are the contact person for Danish or Norwegian customers. With a solution-oriented way of working, you offer assistance with travel inquiries regarding (online) bookings and holidays. Your new employer is the leading company for customer service in Larnaca. You will become part of an international team and work on a project for one of the top Tour and Activity businesses. The company behind the project offers their service in more than 140 countries worldwide. Their service combines a digital platform and local service delivery points. You are responsible for customer support via phone and chat for Danish or Norwegian customers.
Your new home will be the city of Larnaca on the south coast of Cyprus, which is particularly known for its palm-lined city beach. Along the beach, you can find numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy the beach and view in your free time. Next to that, Larnaka offers a great diving spot with the chance to see shipwrecks alongside various marine life, such as stingrays and turtles.
