Description

As a customer advisor for a well known bank in Malta, you will be responsible for assisting Danish customers with their inquiries. Via telephone, live chat, email and SMS, you will provide exceptional customer service and inform about the bank's products, services and payments. Moreover, you are pursuing new sales and while complying with company policies and regulations. You will also work closely with other departments in order to guarantee transparent interactions with the customers.

What do you have to do?

  • Solving customers enquiries and providing an exceptional experience for them

  • Customer contact via telephone, live chat, email and SMS

  • Inform about the bank's products, services and payments

  • Pursue new sales aligning with the banks strategy

  • Follow the companies regulations, policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure transparent and efficient interactions

What do we expect of you?

  • You speak Danish fluently and English at B2 level

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service / sales of financial products

  • 1-2 years of experience in the on-boarding of clients / document verification

  • Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and high work standards

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • The ability to work individually and in a team
