Description

As a collections officer for a well known bank in Malta, you will be responsible for handling sales, onboarding customers and working together with the collections department. Providing exceptional customer service and informing customers about the bank’s products, services and payments via phone, live chat and email will be among your tasks. You will actively be seeking new sales opportunities while concurrently upholding company policies and adhering to regulations. Furthermore, your role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure transparent and seamless interactions with customers.

What do you have to do?

  • Solving customers enquiries and providing an exceptional experience for them

  • Pursue new sales aligning with the banks strategy

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure transparent and efficient interactions

What do we expect of you?

  • You speak fluent Danish and very good English

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service / sales of financial products

  • 1-2 years of experience in the on-boarding of clients / document verification

  • Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and high work standards

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • The ability to work individually and in a team
