Work as a Danish Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor in Malta for a well known bank, you are responsible for handling sales, onboarding customers and working together with the collections department. Providing exceptional customer service and informing customers about the bank’s products, services and payments via phone, live chat and email will be among your tasks. You actively seek new sales opportunities while concurrently upholding company policies and adhering to regulations. Furthermore, your role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure transparent and seamless interactions with customers!

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €2,000 and €2,100 gross per month.
