Solving customers enquiries and providing an exceptional experience for them

Collaborate with different departments to ensure transparent and efficient interactions
What do we expect of you?

You speak Danish fluently and English at B2 level
-
1-2 years of experience in customer service / sales of financial products
-
1-2 years of experience in the on-boarding of clients / document verification
-
Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and high work standards
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

The ability to work individually and in a team
