What will my tasks be?

Helping private customers with their questions about daily banking matters
Assisting and advising customers by phone, chat and email
Switching quickly between different systems and programs
Following a full-time two-week training program

What do I bring?

You have a Dutch BSN number
You speak fluent Dutch and have a good level of English (B1)
At least a secondary school diploma (please send a copy) and a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
An up-to-date CV with clear employment periods
References from the past two years (inform your previous employers that you list them as references)
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,810 gross per month.
