Start working as a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent in Lisbon for a large online bank. You join the fintech industry and help make banking and investing accessible for users across Europe.

You work for an innovative company that focuses on simple and affordable financial solutions. Through a mobile app, customers manage their daily banking easily, and you make sure they always receive the right support. In this role, you help customers with questions about banking, payments, cards, and investments. You support them via different channels and provide clear and friendly solutions. You solve issues, follow strict procedures, and work together with internal teams when cases become more complex. You work 40 hours per week in shifts (24/7), but mostly during the day, so your schedule stays balanced while still dynamic. No two days feel the same. Before you start, you follow a fully paid training of around 20 working days. During this training, you learn everything about the systems, products, and customer contact, so you start your job with confidence 💻
