As a Customer Service Representative for Proximus, you assist new and potential customers with their questions, issues, and requests related to products and services. You respond to customer requests and guide them in a professional and friendly manner. You deal with a variety of situations, such as login problems, GPS signal failures, or a Wi-Fi or TV connection that is not working. And don't worry if you don't have any experience. After initial training, you will know exactly how to assist customers in the best possible way. 📞
