Help truck drivers get back on the road! Join the team in Athens as a Customer Service Agent and support drivers across Europe with their issues and questions.For this role you work remotely in Athens.

Work remote as a Customer Service Agent

You'll support one of the world’s leading truck manufacturers, known for their quality, innovation, and global network of over 40 production sites. As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll handle incoming calls and emails about truck breakdowns and service enquiries. You'll identify the issue, locate the vehicle, and coordinate roadside help or towing. Most of your day will focus on urgent truck support, the rest will cover general customer service tasks! 📞

Create cases in the CRM system and respond to questions and complaints
Select the appropriate solution and calls a third party to provide the help

What do I bring?

Native level of Italian and good English skills (B2)
Basic understanding of road assistance procedures for vehicles and MS Office
Advanced PC knowledge and typing speed ≥ 25 wpm with ≥ 85% accuracy
An EU-Citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
