In this role, you are the first point of contact for customers who have questions about invoices, payments, and toll roads. You help them through digital channels, handle complaints, and make sure everything is correctly recorded in the system. You also support with invoicing, collections, and other administrative tasks to keep the payment process running smoothly. Sometimes you communicate with official authorities, such as the police or regulatory bodies, making sure all information is handled professionally and on time. Together with your colleagues, you deliver reliable and friendly service every day. You work full-time in shifts, rotating between daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. 🤝
