Are you a proactive multitasker and ready for your next challenge? As a Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Service Agent, you’ll support a wide variety of clients, from lawyers to hairdressers and small business owners, making sure their accounts are always up to date. 💼

Your role as a B2B Customer Service Agent
You’ll work for a telephone and answering service company that helps businesses stay professionally available to their customers. While the front-line team handles incoming calls, you’ll be part of the back-office support team responsible for onboarding new clients and maintaining operations for existing ones. You'll also keep client data accurate and provide valuable feedback to the call agents.

What am I going to do?

Provide email, chat, and phone support to new and existing clients
Manage and follow up on outstanding invoices
Monitor customer satisfaction and flag improvement areas
Identify and act on upsell opportunities

What do I bring?

Fluency in Dutch and strong English skills (B2-level)
Experience in customer service, administration, or B2B is a plus
Strong computer, multitasking, and tech skills
Proactive, customer-focused, empathetic, and independent

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,700 gross per month.
