Are you a proactive multitasker and ready for your next challenge? As a Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Service Agent, you’ll support a wide variety of clients, from lawyers to hairdressers and small business owners, making sure their accounts are always up to date while living in sunny Spain.

Your daily life as a B2B Customer Service Agent

As a B2B Customer Service Agent, you work for a professional telephone and answering service company that supports businesses in their daily operations. While the front-line team answers incoming calls, you focus on the back-office side of things. You onboard new clients, manage existing accounts, and make sure all client data is accurate and up to date. One moment you support a lawyer setting up their account, the next you help a hairdresser or small business owner with changes in their services. You also share feedback with call agents, so they always have the right information to represent each client professionally. ✈️

What am I going to do?

Provide email, chat, and phone support to new and existing clients
Manage and follow up on outstanding invoices
Monitor customer satisfaction and flag improvement areas
Identify and act on upsell opportunities

What do I bring?

Fluency in Dutch and strong English skills (B2-level)
Experience in customer service, administration, or B2B is a plus
Strong computer, multitasking, and tech skills
Proactive, customer-focused, empathetic, and independent

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,700 gross per month.
