Are you an energetic multitasker looking for a new job? As a Customer Service Agent, you support a diverse range of clients, from lawyers and hairdressers to small business owners. You make sure their accounts are always up to date and running smoothly.

Your daily life as a Customer Service Agent

In this role, you help businesses stay professionally reachable at all times. As part of the back-office team, you ensure new clients are onboarded successfully and existing clients remain up to date. You will work with a wide variety of businesses, including law firms, real estate agencies, beauty salons, and music schools. You switch effortlessly between customers and systems, quickly understand their needs, and think with them while keeping a commercial mindset. With your energy and multitasking skills, you keep daily operations running smoothly while having plenty of room to develop yourself and make a real impact. 📞

What am I going to do?

Providing email, chat, and phone support to new and existing clients
Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement
Spotting and acting on upselling opportunities
Creating and managing customer accounts

What do I bring?

You speak fluent Dutch and English (B2 level)
You have a Dutch BSN number
Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or B2B is a plus
Strong computer skills, multitasking ability, and technical affinity
You are customer-focused, empathetic, proactive, and able to work independently

Salary information

The salary for this position is €2,000 gross per month.
