    Can understand complex texts, speak fluently and accurately, and write well-structured texts on various subjects.

From onboarding new clients efficiently to supporting existing customers and answering their questions, you’ll ensure high satisfaction levels while maintaining good administration. You also focus on improving processes and growing the client base. Using handy tools like a CRM system, you stay organised and collaborate with your colleagues to make every day a success! What am I going to do?

Support customers via phone, chat, and email
Processing and following up on outstanding invoices
Conducting phone evaluation interviews with customers

What do I bring?

Fluent in Dutch, German and good English skills (B2)
Experience as a back office administrative employee
Knowledge of CRM systems and digital tools
You are customer-oriented, empathetic, proactive and independent

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,700 gross per month.
