Your new job
As a Customer Service Representative for Eneco, you help customers find the answers they need. You assist them by phone, email and chat with questions about billing, payment reminders, payments or rate changes. You also handle any complaints with care and professionalism. Empathy and customer focus are key: you understand what the customer needs. You will receive full training to prepare you for the role, and you can work from the office in Sofia or remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria!

What am I going to do?
Answer questions from (potential) customers by phone, email and chat
Handle complaints and find the best possible solution for each customer
Work in shifts between 30 and 40 hours per week

You speak fluent Dutch

Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,675 and €1,804 gross per month.
