Your customer service job
As a Customer Service Representative for Eneco, you help customers find the answers they need. You assist them by phone, email, and chat with questions about billing, payment reminders, payments, or rate changes. You also handle any complaints with care and professionalism. Empathy and customer focus are key: you understand what the customer needs. You don’t have any experience? Don’t worry: You will receive full training to prepare you for the role, and you can work from the office in Sofia or remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria! ✈️

Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,675 and €1,804 gross per month.
