Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative for Proximus, you assist new and potential customers with their questions, issues and requests regarding products and services. After intensive training, you will know exactly how to assist customers in the best possible way. You respond to customer requests and guide them in a professional and friendly manner. You deal with a variety of situations, such as login problems, GPS signal failures, or a Wi-Fi or TV connection that is not working. You’ll do all this as part of an experienced and dedicated team. This position requires availability between 30 and 40 hours per week. 

Living in Sofia
You will be working in Sofia, a city where history meets modern life. Known for its stunning architecture and vibrant culture, Sofia has so much to offer. In your free time, you can enjoy performances at the Ivan Vazov National Theater or explore the nature surrounding the Bulgarian capital. From Sofia’s central location, you can easily travel to nearby countries such as Greece, Turkey, and Hungary, making it the perfect base for your European adventure.
