    Can understand complex texts, speak fluently and accurately, and write well-structured texts on various subjects.

  • C2 - Proficient

    Can understand, speak, read, and write fluently and precisely, close or similar to a native speaker.

What am I going to do?

Assist customers via email, chat, and phone.
Provide excellent service by having knowledge of the products, brand and industry.
Research and gather information to resolve customer questions.

What do I bring?

Native in Czech and good at English (B2 level)
Excellent communication and computing skills
A high school diploma and a work permit, with customer service experience being a plus
You’re available to work on-site (no remote option)

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,750 gross per month.
