What do you have to do?

Handle various business transactions (information requests, service requests, complaints, sales inquiries, spare parts requests) across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
Provide technical support to consumers regarding products
Follow escalation policies and procedures to effectively resolve customer issues
Log customer calls and cases into the CRM system and ensure they are tracked and closed in a timely manner
Identify and address emerging issues, contributing to continuous process improvement efforts

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Italian and very good English skills (B2)
You have a high school degree or equivalent
Strong teamwork skills and proactive problem-solving approach
Prior customer service experience is advantageous
Proficiency in handling diverse business transactions across phone, email, and chat
Required documents: birth certificate and certificate of good conduct

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
