Job description

In this position, you are ​​responsible for processing customer inquiries and workflows and optimizing the processes. What do you have to do?

Customer support via E-Mail and Phone
Implementing business strategies and improving customer service
Achieving individual and team goals

What do we expect of you?

Fluent French or and excellent English skills (C1)
At least one year of experience in customer service or a comparable field is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts, during holidays and on weekends
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
